Opening Alert: Cafe Diem, Pearl River, NY
Cafe Diem, a restaurant hauling from chef and owner Kerri Horgan, has opened in Pearl River.
Dubbed a “rustic cafe”, Horgan has crafted a menu (View Menu) concept that includes “unique breakfast and lunch”.
Horgan has cooked in many Rockland kitchens, including Nanuet Restaurant, Morgan’s Publick House in Tappan and most recently DVine Bar in Sparkill.
It’s currently open seven days a week.
