Opening Alert: JJ Dak, Fort Lee, NJ

JJ DAK, a new restaurant and bar, has opened in Fort Lee.

Three restaurateurs from NYC teamed up to bring a “chic, sophisticated vibe” to the heart of town.

The name JJ DAK (or JangJak DAK) stands for “Wood Fired Chicken” in Korean. The specialty is rotisserie chicken cooked on the premises using a wood fired technique. Oak and Cherry wood is used with the dish plated on traditional Korean hot sizzling stone.
