Opening Alert: Otto’s Full Service, Piermont, NY

Otto’s Full Service, a new American restaurant and bar, has opened in Piermont.

It’s housed inside a former gas station that dates back to the 1920’s and is named for Otto, the man who owned and operated the gas station.

Phil Iannuccilli is the executive chef behind the concept. He has an extensive culinary background having worked in NYC, Europe, and more. Chef Phil along with David Kaliff and Michael Miller decided to bring their various backgrounds in operations in both Front and Heart of House to Piermont to add to the growing area culinary scene.

This is the first endeavor for the current Otto’s team, however Michael is the long standing operator of a restaurant in Long Island called La Coquille that is one of the oldest, continuously operating, traditional French establishments outside of NYC.

Their menu (View Menu) includes starters, snacks, “gastro steak burger”, pasta, mains and barbecue (smoked over post oak).

With approximately one hundred and forty seats in the space, it’s open six days a week (closed Mondays).
