Fig & Tomato, an Italian European eatery, is a new restaurant coming soon to Hillsdale.

The restaurant is from the team behind Cork & Crust and Raw Oyster Bar & Italian Kitchen in Harrington Park.

It will be a BYOB with an “extensive menu” containing Italian classics, brick-oven pizza, classic and specialty pastas, meat and seafood entrees — plus several European-inspired dishes.

Expect both indoor and outdoor dining, along with a room for private events – offering takeout, delivery and catering.

An official opening date hasn’t been set yet, but ownership is anticipating sometime in late June.
