Sa’Moto is a restaurant concept coming to Paramus in the near future.

As part of a partnership with Masaharu Morimoto (Chef Website), one of the Iron Chef stars and well known chef for his namesake Morimoto (among others), it will be opening sometime soon at Garden State Plaza.

The “pan-Asian fine-dining restaurant” offers menus from Morimoto’s “inspired use of global cuisines, recipes, and ingredients”.

Items include dim sum, noodles, apps, bao and more (View NYC Menu).

With locations in Los Angeles and NYC, this would be their first expansion into New Jersey.

An opening date is expected sometime in the winter.
