Leblon Steakhouse, a Brazilian Steakhouse, has opened in Hillsdale.

It’s replaced the shuttered Golden Dynasty, which closed in November after an almost thirty year run.

Brough to life by the co-founders of Flames Brazilian Steakhouse in Belmar, they have chosen Bergen County for the launch of their sister brand/restaurant.

Just like Flames, Leblon offers “an unforgettable Brazilian gastronomy experience”, including their made from scratch Pao de Queijo, Caipirinhas, and farm-to-table salad bar.

Their rodizio menu combines grilling meat techniques of Brazil and Argentina with a “Certified Angus Prime meat experience”.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
