Eddie V’s (Website), known for prime seafood, hand-carved steaks and theatrical cocktails, is opening Thursday, May 19th in Paramus.

The Eddie V’s menu showcases “best-in-class ingredients” including seafood is flown in daily from around the world. Dishes feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood with the restaurant’s culinary style described as “classic American with a touch of modern Asian”. In addition, Eddie V’s serves “critically acclaimed prime steaks”, that are hand carved daily by an in-house butcher.

The V Lounge offers performances by locally acclaimed musicians on select nights, while guests check out signature cocktails, see their “wine tower” made entirely of glass ― it houses the restaurant’s wine and champagne selection of more than 300 labels.

Eddie V’s in Paramus will be located at One Garden State Plaza, in the Westfield Garden State Plaza between Macy’s and AMC Theatres. The new restaurant is 9,630 square feet, including four private dining rooms and an outdoor patio.

The dining room will be open seven days a week starting at 5:00pm, while the V Lounge opens an hour earlier at 4:00pm.
