Cho Dang House, a new Korean restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee.

Brought to life from the same team behind Pumpkin Blossom Bistro, the food and concept originated from the Cho Dang tofu village in the Kangwon province.

Originally from South Korea, chef Nan Young Suh has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. She is the former founder and owner of a Michelin rated, and NY Times featured restaurant in New York City.

They’ll be specializing in hand-made tofu (View Menu), using only “natural and organic” ingredients.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
