The Shops at Nanuet has announced the addition of numerous new business, local mini chain Sombrero Tacoria.

What began as a food truck in Paterson, this will be the “fast casual authentic Mexican” restaurants’ fourth location  — the first three are in Clifton, Totowa and Ridgewood.

Their menu (View Menu) includes tacos, quesadillas, burritos and more with dishes crafted in-house like their homemade salsas — plus meats that are marinated overnight before cooking.

No word on an opening, though they will likely serve lunch and dinner seven days a week.
