Cafe Chain is Replacing Harold’s Deli in Paramus

The storefront housing Harold’s Deli, which closed during the coronavirus pandemic in July of 2020, has a new tenant coming sometime in the near future.

Fast casual bakery-café Paris Baguette will open in the space — which housed Harold’s since 1977, though it originally opened in 1956 in Fair Lawn.

This would be their sixth Bergen County location with spots already in Fort Lee (2), Hackensack, Palisades Park and Ridgefield.

The chain specializes in French-inspired goods at their 3000+ locations (View Menu), including breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, coffee and other beverages.

While this appears to be happing soon, there’s no word yet on a potential opening date.
