The Greece Truck (Website), a new North Jersey food truck, is having it’s grand opening this weekend.

It will be this Saturday, April 2nd at the New Meadowlands Flea Market, located in Lot J of MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford from 10:00am-4:00pm and a spring/summer residency every Saturday.

The business is being dubbed as “an outrageous, over the top, one of of kind” food truck featuring a fusion of classic street food.

Their menu offers Greek gyros, including gyros with a twist (Wasabi Gyros, Crunchy Potato and Crunchy Onion Straw Gyros), push cart style hot dogs with some wacky toppings, and gourmet grease truck sandwiches.
