Opening Alert: Bloom Chicken, Hackensack, NJ

Bloom Chicken, a new Korean fried chicken shop, has opened in Hackensack.

It’s from the team behind Bloom in Verona — Chef Woo worked at Jean-Georges, Daniel, and Morimoto in New York City — which serves French and Korean inspired New American cuisine and received three stars (Read Review) from New Jersey Monthly in early 2020.

The menu (View Menu) includes soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, rice bowls (or cup bap) — plus the fried chicken with wings, whole/half birds, and boneless available.
