Since the St. Patrick’s Day holiday is right around the corner, it makes sense they showcased Irish pubs and their “civilized noise level”, showing of “local sports”, “serve a nice bit of pub food”, and are places to meet new and old friends/family alike.

To compile the list, they “scoured reviews”, “talked to locals”, and looked back on their “travels around the country”.

Bergen County’s very own The Shannon Rose Irish Pub was their choice for New Jersey — there’s also a location in Clifton.

It was highlighted for it’s imported Irish furnishings, chef-driven menu, and bar selection.
