It looks like local chain Juicy Platters has leased space in Paramus.

What began in Fair Lawn – and now Hackensack and Harrison – will open a new restaurant in Paramus.

The platter chain offers a menu (View Menu) of “fresh halal food”, where customers create their own platters, salads, pitas and wraps. Proteins include falafel, beef gyro, and chicken along with rice, salad and numerous toppings and sauce (try the white).

With two thousand square feet at the new shopping center that includes &pizza and Gregory Coffee, no plans have been shared at the moment.
