Shortrounds Deli owner Dan Hivry opened Shortrounds Grab & Go Market a few doors down from the original business, offering “quick and easy access to fresh meals”.

After working at Shortrounds in high school and college at it’s original New Milford location, he moved the shop to Emerson in 2014.

Hivry saw a need to expand, as he realized customers were looking to “effortlessly” pick up lunch or dinner. The Market allows for that vision, as Hivry oversees the day to day operations of both businesses while jumping on the grill or behind the panini maker.

Their menu offers portioned meals, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, green salads, specialty deli salads, soups, sauces, fresh mozzarella, snacks, desserts and more.

All food is prepared in house and includes many of their catered items that are already popular with customers.

It’s currently open seven days a week beginning at 11:00am.
