Artisan Bakery Chain Expands With New Location in Englewood
Liv Breads, an artisan bakery, is soft opening beginning Fri 3/4 in downtown Englewood at Palisades Court.
The company has stores in Millburn since 2018 (Read NJ NEXT Article) and Short Hills thereafter, but this is their first foray in Bergen County.
They offer kosher goods, including all-natural sourdough breads, sweet and savory pastries, salads, sandwiches, and coffee featuring the Counter Culture brand.
Using a natural sourdough starter and then a 12-hour rise with plenty of hydration — they also procure ingredients like free-range, organic eggs and organic and local produce when possible.
