&pizza, the popular pizza chain that started in Washington DC, has opened on Route 17 in Paramus.

This is their fourth location in New Jersey — and first in Bergen County — with shops in seven states and plans for even more expansion.

Known for their pies with an oblong shape, the business is similar to other fast casual pizza brands (Blaze, Urban Bricks, etc) where customers can customize pies from a large selection of ingredients.

Their menu (View Menu) includes many preconfigured pizzas (from simple to the more complex), garlic knots, cookies and more. Dough is made with six ingredients and sauce is crafted from tomatoes grown in Northern California.

It’s currently open seven days a week from 11:00am till 11:00pm.
