Opening Alert: Wingo Togo, Hackensack, NJ

Wingo Togo, a new Korean fried chicken restaurant, has opened in Hackensack.

The brand was created by three former colleagues who entered the New Jersey market with their first “flagship restaurant” in Bergen County. The plan is to expand to various regions over the next few years and run it as a franchise business.

They focused on “perfecting a technique” for Korean’s favorite comfort foods and “contributing to the establishment of K-Food culture” through endless research.

Their chicken (Visit Website) is cooked with “premium-quality fresh ingredients”, that provide a flavor that “never compromises on quality”. With the “amazing sauce” they’ve developed, diners can experience Korean fried chicken that is extra crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The menu is rounded out with items like dumplings, hotdogs, sides (fries, etc) and more.

It’s currently open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
