It includes how these restaurants take the dish and use “local specialties to create unique, unforgettable plates of nachos”.

They claim it’s been adapted near and far using different ingredient for chips, toppings and more. The rankings were compiled using “reviews and feedback from locals and tourists alike”.

As for New Jersey’s entry on the list, they chose Tacoria — which has a location in Paramus (plus Jersey City, Morristown, Montclair, New Brunswick, and Princeton).

Their Viva La Nachos are made with “thick cut chips” and protein items like steak, chicken, chorizo and golden avocado all highlighted by fans.
