Mediterranean Restaurant is Expanding in Bergen County
CAVA, the Mediterranean fast casual chain, is aiming to open another Bergen County location in Ramsey.
The brand currently has stores nearby in Paramus at Bergen Town Center and Wayne at Wayne Towne Center – a storefront in Edgewater is also rumored.
They serve a menu (View Menu) of customizable meals where diners choose a base (salad, pita, grain bowl, etc) dips (hummus, feta, etc), protein (falafel, beef, chicken, lamb), then toppings and dressing.
No specifics yet on an opening date.
