&pizza, the popular pizza chain that started in Washington DC, is coming to Route 17 in Paramus later this week.

This is their fourth location in New Jersey — and first in Bergen County — with shops in seven states and plans for even more expansion.

Known for their pies with an oblong shape, the business is similar to other fast casual pizza brands (Blaze, Urban Bricks, etc) where customers can customize pies from a large selection of ingredients.

Their menu (View Menu) includes many preconfigured pizzas (from simple to the more complex), garlic knots, cookies and more. Dough is made with six ingredients and sauce is crafted from tomatoes grown in Northern California — canned in under six hours from being harvested.

According to their latest posts, the store will open on Friday, December 5th.
