Award-winning restaurateurs Sherry and Eric Solomov have opened Bogota Press Cafe at The Atwater in Bogota.

Offering a “modern aesthetic with a retro twist”, the new cafe has been designed to “foster social interaction among patrons” with communal tables, outdoor seating, and a welcoming environment.

The cafe will also pursue civic-minded partnerships with neighborhood organizations to “provide youth employment opportunities” and nurture entrepreneurial skills”. Ownership is preparing to create a scholarship program for well performing local students.

Bogota Press utilizes locally sourced ingredients and partner with local vendors and brands from around the region. The menu (View Menu) will feature breakfast items along with illy coffee, breads from Balthazar, pressed sandwiches, desserts from Pâtisserie Florentine and more.

When Bogota Press opens its doors within The Atwater, where over eighty percent of its homes have already been leased, building residents will be able to utilize a custom app to order in advance.

It’s currently open seven days a week.
