Seafood Restaurant and Bar Will Open Next Year in Paramus
Eddie V’s, a “prime seafood” restaurant and bar, is expected to open in Paramus at Garden State Plaza.
There are over 25 locations in the US, though this would be their first in New Jersey.
The menu (View Menu) focuses on seafood that arrives daily from around the world and hand-cut USDA Prime steaks that are “specially aged” for more than 28 days — plus a wine list of over 300 choices that’s been recognized by Wine Spectator.
Boozy Burbs first reported the story back in 2020, however delays from the pandemic have pushed the opening to early 2022.
