Brazilian Steakhouse Opening First Jersey Location in Paramus
Fogo de Chão, a Brazilian steakhouse — also called a churrascaria, is coming next year to Garden State Plaza in Paramus.
The chain began back in 1979, with their first restaurant in Porto Alegre. They currently operate 45+ locations around the country — this would be the first in the Garden State.
The menu (View Menu) includes steak, chicken, lamb, pork and seafood served serving rodizio style — waiters going from table to table with meat on skewers.
It’s expected to open sometime next year.
