Roll Thai’d Creamery is Coming Soon to Rutherford

A new ice cream storefront is headed to downtown Rutherford.
A sign is up for Roll Thai’d Creamery, presumably serving Thai rolled ice cream – where a liquid base is poured onto a frozen sheet then mixed with toppings and rolled into spiral tubes.
There have been a number of similar shops to open in area over the last 5-6 years including JINN Ice Cream Rolls (Fort Lee), Lucky Rolls (Englewood), Blendid (Hackensack) and GeeRollz (Garfield).
No word yet on an opening date.
