Tiger Sugar, a chain of bubble tea shops, will open in Little Ferry on October 30th.

Part of the food court at H-Mart, it’s “the original” caramelized brown sugar bubble drink with fresh mousse cream.

Originally from Taiwan, the “international sensation” features drinks with “tiger stripes” that are created from their hand-poured syrups – they use a proprietary 8-hour method for cooking syrups and tapioca pearls.

This summer, they were named one of the 10 Best Bubble Tea Shops in NYC by New York Family (Read Story).
