&pizza (Website), the popular pizza chain that started in Washington DC, is coming to East Rutherford.

Hot off the heels that they’re coming to Paramus (Read Story) — this will be it’s fifth location in New Jersey.

Known for their pies with an oblong shape, the business is similar to other fast casual pizza brands (Blaze, Urban Bricks, etc) where customers can customize pies from a large selection of ingredients.

Their menu (View Menu) includes many preconfigured pizzas (from simple to the more complex), garlic knots, cookies and more. Dough is made with six ingredients and sauce is crafted from tomatoes grown in Northern California — canned in under six hours from being harvested.

Unfortunately they have yet to reveal a proposed opening date.
