Opening Alert: The Brownie Bar Cafe, Ridgefield Park, NJ
The Brownie Bar, a local food truck focused on desserts, has opened their brick and mortar The Brownie Bar Cafe storefront.
Owners LaiHing & Gustavo Barboni have used the business as a way to showcase Lai’s talent for baking and their love of food and cooking.
Announced back in March, the eatery features their handcrafted, artisan brownies, coffee and more.
Currently it’s open Monday thru Thursday from 11:00am till 6:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:00am till 7:00pm and Sunday from 10:30am till 5:00pm.
