All The Smoke Barbecue, a new bbq restaurant, has opened in Clifton.

Ownership previously worked at Desis (North Caldwell) and was executive chef at Pharmacie Bar + Kitchen (Montclair) — they also won an episode of Chopped on the Food Network.

With a new smoker purchased during the pandemic, the feeling of doing bbq everyday “just felt right” — All The Smoke was born.

The concept is mostly delivery and takeout, with a few stools in the window and  an outdoor self service seating area called BBQ Alley. The menu (View Menu) includes barbecue and “creative” sides, using local wood from a tree service friend.

Currently it’s open Tuesday thru Saturday from 1:30PM till 7:30PM.
