Just Salad, the chain of salad restaurants, has opened in Totowa.

It was created in NYC back in 2006 and now boasts 40+ locations around the country.

Focused on sustainability, health and connection – it’s home of the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu according to it’s website.

The menu (View Menu) includes signature salads, warm bowls, wraps, smoothies, soups and more. There’s also seasonal choices and the ability to filter options such as climatarian, keto, vegan, gluten-free and paleo.

As far as sustainability, they run the world’s larger reusable program, user carbon labeling, reduce reliance on single-use packaging and continually tweak their menu for improved climate conscious options.

It’s currently open seven days a week from 10:30am till 8:00pm.
