Pumpkin Blossom Bistro, a modern Korean and Asian-inspired restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee.

Co owned by mother and daughter team Nan Young and June Suh — Nan Young is the former owner of Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant Cho Dang Gol (NYC) — both with a combined many decades in the hospitality industry.

The overall concept features everything “freshly prepared using only simple and natural ingredients”.

Menu items  (View Menu) includes Korean soups, kimbap and yubu (Korean sushi), rice bowls, pork cutlets, Korean appetizers, Korean salads, sandwiches (Korean street toast) and more.

Currently it’s open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
