Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the build-your-own-burrito concept, has opened their latest Bergen County location in Park Ridge.

The chain was founded in Point Pleasant and has been rapidly expanding in the area, with stores already open in Dumont, Oakland and Saddle Brook — another is planned for Paramus.

Their menu (View Menu) works like many fast causal restaurants where customers pick and create their own meal. Meals can be a burrito, bowl, taco, quesadilla, nachos or salad. Meats include steak, shrimp, ground beef, various chicken choices (grilled and fried), carnitas and more.

Other add-ons include rice, beans, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese and other veggies. There’s a number of sauce choices (like bbq, sweet chili, mango habanero and more) plus many extras and sides like guac, queso, and fries.

Currently it’s open daily from 11:00am till 9:00pm.
