Sombrero Tacoria is Expanding to Clifton
Sombrero Tacoria, a “fast casual authentic Mexican” restaurant, has announced they are opening a new location in Clifton.
What began as a food truck in Paterson is now expanding to a third location — the first two are Totowa and Ridgewood.
Their menu (View Menu) includes tacos, quesadillas, burritos and more with dishes crafted in-house like their homemade salsas — plus meats that are marinated overnight before cooking.
No word on an opening, though they will likely serve lunch and dinner seven days a week.
