Pop Empanada is a new restaurant coming to Park Ridge.
The team behind this fast-casual Latin restaurant are “experienced business owners” that operate a steakhouse in Manhattan.
This is expected to be the first of multiple locations, with a menu of empanadas, sandwiches and salads.
Ownership is currently hiring, though there’s no word yet on an opening date.
