Pinstripes, an “experiential dining and entertainment concept”, will be opening a location at Garden State Plaza in Paramus.

The chain has plans to open over 100 locations, though this will be the first in New Jersey – though there were plans for them to open at The Shops at Riverside in 2015, but that never materialized.

In addition to food, their unique concept includes “face-to-face gaming” via bowling and bocce on premises.

They offer menus (View Bethesda Menu) featuring from-scratch dining including wood-fired pizzas, seasonal gelato and Italian-American dishes. Locally sourced ingredients are common in every dish, plus there’s a “thoughtfully selected wine list”, craft beer (including local)and handcrafted cocktails.

Plans are currently in place for an opening sometime in 2022.
