There will likely be more Halal Guys in Bergen County this year according to a report from NJ.com (Read Full Story).

It’s home will be at Linwood Plaza, which also houses Chipotle, H-Mart, Starbucks, Linwood Pizza and Hachi Sushi.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of chicken, beef gyro or falafel sandwiches and platters, all complemented by The Halal Guys’ White or Hot sauces.

All ingredients are “the freshest available”, including responsibly sourced halal meats; marinated and seasoned overnight, then cooked right in front of guests. Sides include house-made hummus, baba ganouj, tahini, falafel or fries.

This is the second Bergen County location for the chain, which opened previously at Teterboro Landing — with another planned for the American Dream property in East Rutherford.

Currently here’s no word yet on an opening date.
