Gong Cha, the international bubble tea chain hailing from Taiwan, is coming soon to Ridgefield.

They serve a menu (View Menu) of many different bubble tea, milk tea, tea latte, and slush flavors/varieties. Their specialty is fresh brewed tea, which is a big difference since many places use powdered tea.

The tea itself is brewed every 4 hours, they cook the pearl bubbles every 4 hours, and source all their tea directly from Taiwan.

Ridgefield would be their fifth Bergen County location after Closter, Fort Lee, Palisades Park and Paramus (Garden State Plaza).

No word on a potential opening date.
