The Gaur, a cocktail bar, lounge, and club, has opened in North Bergen. It is located on the Wyndham Garden hotel property.

Ownership operates a number of hotels and brought in a Spanish chef who has been cooking for 30 years to offer a menu of “American Spanish food” for lunch and dinner. Plans also include brunch and other weekly promos.

On the nightlife side of things, there’s bottle service, beer and cocktails to go along with live music and more.

Currently with 1500 square foot space of indoor space and 3000 square feet of rooftop, they are open Tuesday thru Sunday from 11:00am till midnight.
