Gina the Baker, the local bakery from Gina Constanza and her daughter Chelsea Almanza, has expanded with a new location.

They have opened a kiosk in front of the J Crew Women store at Bergen Town Center in Paramus.

What began as a wholesale baking business selling their key lime pies across the tri-state evolved into a retail space  on Main Street in Ridgefield Park back in 2017.

They also offer items like apple pumpkin cake, tres leche cake, almond cake and many other specialty desserts plus coffee. Savory dishes like quipes, chicken croquettes, and Dominican and Cuban pastelitos round out the menu.

Currently they are open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00am till 9:30pm.
