It’s been a hot summer already, so it might be handy to take a look at NJ Monthly’s recent list of Where to Enjoy Summer Cocktails in NJ (Read Full Article).

Shared as “some of our favorites”, they are good  “after a long summer day” and are drinks that “hits the spot”.

As restaurants across the state are serving these “colorful and creatively crafted summer cocktails”, they suggest to “toast the season” at twelve spots around the state.

There was only one Bergen County restaurant among those shared, The Hill in Closter. They recommend trying New Yu (Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, Grand Mariner, Yuzu, Basil) or Crooked Smile (Casamigos Tequila Reposado, Blood Orange, Ginger, Lime) cocktails.
