Single Bergen Pizzeria Named Among Top Twelve in the State
Thrillist has shared their picks for The 12 Best Pizzerias in New Jersey (Read Full Story).
Since our state has “some serious pizza cred” — with a plethora of styles like tomato pies, bar-style pies, brick oven Sicilian and more — this list was pulled from the approximate 2,000 pizzerias in Jersey.
Many of the pizzerias are staples, though there was only one from Bergen County. That would be Kinchley’s Tavern in Ramsey, which has topped (or came close to the top) many lists over the years.
Their thin crust pies were called “perfectly timeless”. And aside for the marinara or fra diavolo sauce choices, the article suggests the “kreamed” spinach pizza with garlic on top.
