Pom Pom Breakfast & Bistro Coming to Pearl River

Pom Pom Breakfast & Bistro is a new restaurant coming this summer to Pearl River.

Owner Neal Alpuche has over 20 years in restaurant experience, most recently as general manager and partner of The Brazen Fox (White Plains) for twelve years. He has been working with Chef Mark Filippo to develop a daily breakfast/brunch menu to be complimented by lunch fare in the afternoon.

The breakfast and lunch restaurant will serve morning commuters with breakfast on the go, while serving a more “expansive and fun” menu for dine-in guests like a classic Irish breakfast, breakfast tacos with salsa verde, various frittatas and scratch-made matcha pancakes with mandarin compote.

Lunch fare “highlights” will include butter poached New England-style lobster roll, tortellini pasta with prosciutto, sweet peas and bacon in cream sauce and house made Pom Pom frites.

There will also be international beers, wines by the glass and season specific cocktails available. They also plan to host monthly events like beer and wine pairings, plus showcase local chefs for specific theme nights throughout the year.

The dining area will make up about 40 seats in the main dining room, along with 10 seats at the counter in the 1600 square foot space.

Once open, Pom Pom will operate 7 days a week from 7:30am to 4pm. Expect them to open sometime in July.
