NAI James E. Hanson has announced that it has negotiated a lease expansion for 11,900 square feet of retail space for Subzi Bazaar on Route 17 in Rochelle Park (Read Announcement).

Subzi Bazaar is a grocery store featuring items from the Indian subcontinent — this includes produce, frozen food, spices and more.

Featuring a location in close proximity to Routes 80, 4 and the Garden State Parkway, the 18,800 square foot retail property is anchored by an Outback Steakhouse. The property also offers parking and is located less than one mile from Westfield Garden State Plaza mall and just over two miles from Bergen Town Center.

The store is currently open seven days a week and there’s also have a location in Nanuet.
