Roman Inn, the pizzeria and sub shop in Englewood is expanding according to recent filings with the town.

The eatery, which opened back in 1965, is hoping to combine their existing space with the space next door, for a full service pizza restaurant with 30 seats.

Known for it’s menu of pizza, hot subs and cold subs, Roman Inn has been a fixture on West Hudson Avenue for over 55 years.

No word on if the town has given the go ahead or a proposed opening date for the expanded space. The shop should currently be open six days a week (closed Sundays).
