New Jersey Launches Free Beer Promotion for Vaccinations
As part of today’s announcements (See Story) regarding the lifting of dining and bar restrictions, Governor Murphy also shared vaccination plans as well.
A “Shot and a Beer” program to encourage eligible New Jerseyans ages 21+ to get vaccinated was part of the agenda. According to Murphy (View Tweet), any Jersey resident who gets their first vaccine dose in May 2021 and takes their vaccination card to a participating brewery will receive a free beer.
This includes the three Bergen County breweries of Bolero Snort (Carlstadt, Website), Brix City (Little Ferry, Website) and Hackensack Brewing (Website).
