All The Smoke Barbecue is a new restaurant coming soon to Clifton.

Ownership was previously a chef at Desis in North Caldwell and Executive Chef at Pharmacie Bar + Kitchen, plus they also won an episode of Chopped.

During the pandemic they bought a smoker and felt like they would enjoy doing this everyday… and All The Smoke was born.

The concept is mostly delivery and takeout, with a few stools in the window and plans to open up an outdoor self service seating area called BBQ Alley. The menu will include barbecue and creative sides, using local wood from a tree service friend.

Currently they hope to open sometime in early summer and will offer lunch and dinner Tuesdays thru Sundays.
