Opening Alert: Bombaywala & Co, Paramus, NJ
Bombaywala & Co, a new Indian restaurant, has opened in Paramus.
Promoted as “the pioneer of Indian street food” and a taste of Mumbai, it’s run by Bijal Bhimjiani who went from home cook to restaurant chef.
The menu (View Menu) is chaat, frankies, Indo-Chinese items, sandwiches and many Bombay street food items. The entire restaurant is vegetarian.
Currently it’s open six days (closed Mondays) beginning at 11:30am.
