Francy’s Artisanal Ice Cream in Bergenfield, which Boozy Burbs exclusively previewed earlier this year, is soft opening on Saturday, May 8th.

Ownership has spent time at a Michelin starred restaurants in Manhattan like Le Bernardin and Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare along with hotels in the Philippines.

The husband and wife team found the empty space at Foster Village — the shopping center is home to Taco Bell, BurgerIM, Foster Village Kosher Deli and more — and decided to use their gelato/ice cream skills learned at other restaurants for a shop.

Expect things to change for each season and see some Filipino ice cream flavors.

Their soft opening begins at noon.
