Falafel Love is a Bergen County Based Falafel Company

Falafel Love (Website) is a brand new falafel business that has launched in Bergen County.

The brainchild of Closter resident Inbal Gould, she started making them when she couldn’t find the same falafel locally she ate growing up in Israel.

As falafel are a plant based, vegan, high in protein and fiber, gluten free, nut free dish of Middle Eastern origin, Gould began making them for her family and friends — before long they started asking her to make them for them… and a business was born.

Ingredients used by Falafel Love include “hand selected” chickpeas, “fresh herbs” and “authentic spices”. Currently made by hand, they are then frozen — but not cooked — to retain and preserve the naturally present vitamin, mineral and amino acid content. Customers can choose to bake or fry, whichever they prefer.

The first items for sale are falafel balls or falafel burgers (patties). They can be purchased directly for home delivery on their website or at a number of local retailers (Website).

All their products are Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.
