Pierogi Cafe, a modern European cafe, has opened in Waldwick.

Owned and operated by a hometown Mom of four, she brings Waldwick the traditions and foods that she grew up on  in a “modern relaxing cafe setting”.

The menu (see below) includes handmade piergoi and other polish specialties like golabki and kielbasa, stuffed cabbage, pastries, soups and more.

Their pierogi is made fresh everyday by experienced Polish women, who are making it “the old-fashioned way”.

It’s also home to something they call “Waldwick Gallery”, displaying pictures painted by local children, which decorates of the walls in the space.

Currently the 1200 square foot shop is open six days a week (closed Sundays) from 11:00am till 8:00pm.
